By using this Website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Our website is built using Wix and hosted via IONOS. These providers may process certain data on our behalf (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Teaching/GCSE enquiries or bookings;

  • Any service enquiry where Terms apply unless a separate written agreement overrides them.

Separate project-specific agreements, quotes, or invoices may apply and will take precedence if they conflict with these Terms.

  • Not to use the Website to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Quotes, orders and payments

A quote is based on the information and sample materials provided by the client. If the final documents differ significantly in length or complexity, pricing may be adjusted.

6.2 Confirmation

An order is confirmed when we send written acceptance (email or invoice). Work may begin only upon confirmation and, where required, payment.

6.3 Payments

Invoices are payable by the date specified.
Some services (e.g., certified translations, multi-session tutoring) may require:

  • Full payment upfront, or

  • A deposit.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Files and materials you provide

When submitting documents:

  • You confirm you own or have lawful rights to use and share them.

  • You retain copyright in your materials.

  • We process files only to provide the requested service.

You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of personal details;

  • Ensuring content is lawful and appropriate;

  • Not providing sensitive or confidential data unless necessary.

8. Teaching, GCSE and educational services

If you book lessons or GCSE sessions:

  • Sessions may be online or in-person.

  • Parents/guardians must book for minors.

  • We use reasonable skill and care in delivering lessons.

  • We cannot guarantee specific exam results.

Materials provided during lessons remain Duntext’s intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Content on this Website is owned by Duntext or used under licence.

  • You may view or print content for personal use.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Website content commercially without written consent.

You retain ownership of your own documents. Deliverables (translations, edits, content) are licensed to you upon payment.

The Website may link to third-party sites (e.g., clients, educational institutions, Google Maps).
We do not control or accept liability for third-party content or policies.

Accessing external links is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

12. No professional legal or immigration advice

We may translate documents used for legal or administrative purposes, but we do not provide legal, immigration, or regulatory advice.

You must independently confirm formatting and requirements with the requesting authority.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

13.1 Certified translations, proofreading & content creation

  • Before work begins: full refund.

  • After work begins: fees apply for work completed.

  • After delivery: refunds not available; reasonable corrections are free.

  • Rush services (24h/same-day): non-refundable once accepted.

13.2 Individual teaching/GCSE sessions

  • >24 hours’ notice: refund or reschedule.

  • <24 hours: charged in full.

  • No-shows: charged in full.

  • If Duntext cancels: full refund or reschedule offered.

13.3 GCSE Packs

  • Refunds apply to unused sessions only.

  • After the first session, refunds prorated.

  • Materials provided are non-refundable.

13.4 Adult Polish courses

  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Withdrawal before start: refund minus deposit.

  • After start: refunds generally unavailable.

13.5 Group classes

  • If minimum numbers are not met, we may:

    • Reschedule,

    • Merge groups,

    • Convert to 1:1 lessons at adjusted rate, or

    • Provide a full refund.

  • If a learner withdraws after formation, refunds may be limited.

13.6 Digital materials

Digital files (PDFs, vocabulary sets, templates) are non-refundable once delivered.

13.7 Failure to provide required materials

If you fail to provide files or information needed to complete a project, we may charge for work already completed or cancel the project.

13.8 Quality concerns

Report issues within 7 days. We will make reasonable revisions free of charge.

Refunds apply only when work cannot be completed or corrected

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law or business practice.
The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law
