Cancellation Policy

Service Booking, Payment & Safeguarding Policy This policy applies to all services, including discovery calls, lessons, mock exams, and reports. Booking All services must be booked and paid for in advance. A booking is confirmed once a confirmation email is issued. Parents or legal guardians booking for a minor confirm they have authority to do so and accept this policy on the minor’s behalf. The booking party is responsible for attendance and readiness. Cancellations & Attendance Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours, late cancellations, or failure to attend (including absence of the learner) are non-refundable. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival reduces session length; arrivals over 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. Online Delivery All live services are delivered online using a link provided after booking. Clients are responsible for suitable equipment, internet connection, and audio. Client-side technical issues do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. If a session cannot proceed due to provider-side technical failure, a reschedule will be offered. Mocks, Lessons & Reports Mock exams are delivered under exam-style conditions appropriate to the service. All services provide educational support only and do not guarantee exam results or grades. Feedback and reports are delivered within the timeframe stated in the service description. Payments & Disputes Payments cover time-reserved services and preparation and are non-refundable once a session has started or a service has been delivered. By booking, you accept that missed sessions and late cancellations are not refundable. You agree to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Disputes for delivered or missed services may be formally contested. Safeguarding Services involving minors are delivered in a DBS compliant and professional educational context only. Communication relates solely to the booked service and approved platforms. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision before and after sessions. Sessions may be paused or ended if safeguarding concerns arise. General By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. Updates apply to future bookings only.
