Besides my work as a Polish translator I offer bespoke educational materials for teaching & learning Polish as an Additional Language and English as an Additional Language.

I am an author of several published works of didactic materials, such as sets of creative exercises for learning English on different levels of language proficiency written for an online platform, and a co-author of a textbook and workbook for Learning Polish as an Additional Language on GCSE level ("The New Topics. GCSE Polish").

 

Also, as a student of Teaching Polish as an Additional Language specialisation I created a set of certificate tests for learners of Polish as an Additional Language in accordance with the state examinations

For almost 3.5 years I have been working for Surrey County Council as a bilingual teacher and an interpreter. Furthermore, I have over dozen years of experience in private tutoring in both languages, including teaching pupils with SEN. Moreover, for a year I was successfully conducting Polish language classes at The Polish Saturday School in Crawley.

My professional experience in teaching Polish and English encompasses also several months of teaching practice on every level of state education in Poland as well as practice gained at The School of Polish for Foreigners at the University of Lodz (courses for adults).

 

I have teaching & pedagogical qualifications and  have also undergone several teaching trainings, i.e. in supporting bilingual children and using ICT in teaching.
